Towards Eternity We Travel Along …
Saturday, March 02, 2013 at 8:23 am
O my Father, we are all in the same boat …
Traveling along …
Sometimes with a song …
Sometimes with a dance …
But most of all …
Is the chance …
For all glee to flee …
When we see …
From within …
And the brute reality …
Sets in …
That we are no longer free …
That all is amiss …
In our midst …
And in such boat …
We must travel along …
Even without a song …
Ding-dong …
Ding-dong …
Ding-dong …
Towards eternity we travel along …
In that boat …
We must float …
Even without a song …
Only hearing the sound …
That monotonous …
That sound so tedious …
And fastidious …
Ding-dong …
Ding-dong …
Ding-dong …
Are we wondering? …
Are we pondering? …
Are we questioning …
What is that ding-dong song …
Or is it just a sound? …
Perhaps …
O my soul perhaps …
I am mind to pay …
To that sound at bay …
I hear in this boat …
As I float to eternity’s way! …
Wait?
Listen?
Wait & Listen for What? …
Ah! I see where is it at! …
I’ll read …
Perhaps the power to wait & listen …
I can attain …
In this boat’s domain …
As I travel along …
Without a song …
As I see …
From within …
And the brute reality …
Sets in …
That I am no longer free …
That all is amiss …
In our midst …
And in such boat …
I must travel along …
Even without a song …
Ding-dong …
Ding-dong …
Ding-dong …
Ah! There is hope …
I will wait & listen …
To gain back my song …
While Towards Eternity I Travel Along …
It’s written,
WAIT and listen, everyone who is thirsty!
Come to the waters; and he who has no money,
come,
buy and eat!
Yes, come, buy priceless,
spiritual wine and milk
without money and without price
simply for the self-surrender
that accepts the blessing.
Why do you spend your money
for that which is not bread,
and your earnings for what does not satisfy?
Hearken diligently to Me,
and eat what is good,
and let your soul delight itself in fatness
the profuseness of spiritual joy.
Incline your ear
submit and consent to the divine will
and come to Me;
hear, and your soul will revive;
and I will make an everlasting covenant
or league with you,
even the sure mercy or kindness,
goodwill, and compassion promised to David.
….
Seek, inquire for, and require Master Yahuwah
while He may be found
claiming Him by necessity and by right;
call upon Him while He is near.
Let the wicked forsake his way
and the unrighteous man his thoughts;
and let him return to Master Yahuwah,
and He will have love, pity, and mercy for him,
and to our Almighty Creator,
for He will multiply to him His abundant pardon.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways My ways,
says Master Yahuwah.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are My ways higher than your ways
and My thoughts than your thoughts.
For as the rain and snow come down from the heavens,
and return not there again,
but water the earth and make it bring forth and sprout,
that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater,
so shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth:
it shall not return to Me void
without producing any effect, useless,
but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose,
and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
For you shall go out from the spiritual exile caused by sin and evil
into the homeland with joy
and be led forth by your Leader,
the Master Himself,
and His word with peace;
the mountains and the hills shall break forth
before you into singing,
and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress tree,
and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree;
and it shall be to Master Yahuwah for a name of renown,
for an everlasting sign of jubilant exaltation
and memorial to His praise,
which shall not be cut off …
WOW! WOW! WOW! It’s all written in Isaiah 55.
